Mediation to Close the Chapter
Mediation is a confidential and voluntary process in which the participants influence the outcome of a dispute by mutually negotiating a resolution, avoiding the time, expense, and uncertainty of bringing a matter to trial. A neutral and objective mediator facilitates and guides the discussion, allowing the parties to find common ground.
