Mediation to Close the Chapter

Mediation is a confidential and voluntary process in which the participants influence the outcome of a dispute by mutually negotiating a resolution, avoiding the time, expense, and uncertainty of bringing a matter to trial. A neutral and objective mediator facilitates and guides the discussion, allowing the parties to find common ground.

Ms. Carbone has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2009. Representative areas of civil matters handled, include:

Schedule Mediation

  • E-mediation conferences are conducted within the State of Florida. In-person mediations may include additional costs.

  • Rates: $500/hr ($250 per party) for the first 3 hours, then $250/hr for every hour thereafter
